Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India. A small delivery charge applies to orders below this amount and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

• Kerala: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• International (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during festivals, sales or due to courier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

International orders

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
