Products and colours

We make every effort to show our products as accurately as possible. Handwoven and handcrafted fabrics may have small variations in weave, colour and finish — these are part of their character and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Coupons and offers

Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions, such as a minimum order value or expiry date, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Deliveries are covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return Policy.

All content on this website — including images, text and logos — belongs to Victoria Designs and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
